The staff are all very helpful, pleasant and are concerned about your stay, I extended my stay a extra day as it was the Memorial Day Weekend and could not commence my business meetings until the Tuesday. The staff at the front desk not only got the same room I was already staying in for the next night. They also had plenty of information and directions on actractions and shopping centers for me to visit. I will stay at this hotel again, my wife is flying in next week and I will have her meet me at this hotel. The ease of her getting there from the airport is of importance.
